About the Club

The Canning Vale Senior Football Club was established in 2010 to provide a pathway for young people to continue playing football beyond the junior grades. Our first season was in 2011.
The Club provides increased physical activity which improves community member's health and fitness. Increased physical activity leads to better health outcomes for the community, particularly mental health. We provide a community and support network for people to belong to. The Club mentors young people to make good life choices and become future community leaders.
Three successful years resulted in Premierships in 2011, 2012 and 2013. 2015 saw another one added to the list. In 2017 the Colts went through the season undefeated and they won another Premiership.
The Club has doubled in size since 2019 and now offers six teams - League, Reserves, Women, Colts, Thirds and the new Masters Team.
Our mission is to be the best community football club by providing leadership, integrity, pathways and opportunities for all in our diverse community to engage in an inclusive environment and enhance their health and well-being through organised sport.
The Canning Vale Senior Football Club would like to acknowledge our club is on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people and we pay our respects to the Elders both past, present and emerging.

NEW MAJOR SPONSOR
The CVSFC is very excited to announce Drillmech as a new major sponsor for the club in 2022.
Drillmech is a Western Australian owned and operated company, established in 2008 to service WA’s ever-growing mining and civil construction sectors. They started out in a small shed and have expanded fast as a result of their reliable hard work in the field – growing from 5 to 50+ employees in a few short years.
They service some of WA's largest companies and are relied upon by well established mining corporations as the machinery rebuild experts – proficient in plant and equipment maintenance, fabrication, and parts exchange across Australian industry. Although they offer a range of supporting services, rebuilds are their forte – and you won’t find a provider better-equipped.
By forging quality relationships, sharing masterful expertise and dedicating themselves to project transparency, they’ve become the premier partner in heavy maintenance for WA – but that’s not all. They’re also your partner in project efficiency, procurement and maintenance planning.
Based in Maddington, they are great supporters of community football.
Big thank to Marc Bartlett and the team at Drillmech for their support.

coaches 2022
The Canning Vale Senior Football Club is excited to announce the coaches for 2022.
Darren Brealey is in charge of the League Team for 2022 which is exactly what the club hoped for. Darren has been integral in developing the player group in our young club and 2022 is shaping to be an exciting year.
Andrew Fee and Steve Jones will share the Reserves Coaching role for 2022. This is an exciting outcome for the Club and players as both are highly regarded League Assistant Coaches and club stalwarts.
Warren Puvanendran has been appointed to coach the Thirds Team in 2022. Warren is a club stalwart who has played over 100 senior games for the Cougars.
Fabian D'Agnone is retaining the Colts Team coaching role after taking the 2021 group through to the grand final. He has built a future for the club which we are very excited about and hope he can replicate this in 2022.
After being involved in the establishment of the Women's Team and an Assistant Coach for the past two years, Tara Williams has been appointed as the coach of the Women's Team. 2022 poses as an exciting year for the team after making the grand final in 2021.
